Her journey into the world of applied science began in snow-covered wilderness, tracking elusive wildlife—a formative experience that instilled a blend of resilience, patience, and keen observation. While her background is steeped in conservation and environmental advocacy, her career has continually evolved toward creating inclusive spaces where all are welcome to wander and wonder.
Throughout her more than 20 years in the non-profit sector, she has guided organizations through periods of transition and growth, uniting teams with shared vision and strong operational foundations. Her work is characterized by an ability to think strategically while building meaningful relationships and cultivating lasting impact—from strengthening internal systems and modernizing operations to designing mission-driven programming and securing transformational funding.
