Professional Development Opportunities

In addtion to our CMU Professional Development series, Raven Hill offers professional development opportunities for teacher and educators, complete with SCECHs for teachers, when available.

  • Raven Hill offers AAA (Art Across the Ages) and SAIL (Students Actively Investigating Links) into Science graduate classes for teachers, plus a variety of other classes designed to enhance critical thinking and problem solving, as well as connect science, history and the arts.

  • Use the Smithsonian Water/Ways exhibit and other local water information to explore the human impact on the Great Lakes and how teachers and students can help improve the quality of life in our state. Workshop is Tuesday, August 21, 2018 from 1pm to 3pm and there is no charge.

  • NASA educator workshop

    SAVE THE DATES: Susan Kohler, Education Specialist with NASA Glenn Research Center will provide two days of STEM workshops for K-12 educators on Wednesday, November 14th and Thursday, November 15th of 2018.
